Caring and Sharing

UPDATE FROM LUCILLE SENA ANLAS
I want you to know that my plans to move to California have been scrapped.
I love everyone here, am very active in a lot of things (mostly musical) and am content to live out the rest of my life in the community and home that I love here in Brick, New Jersey (with trips to CA, I hope).  I will continue to keep us connected on our website and by planning our next reunion for the
spring of 2014.  SEE YOU THERE!!

CONGRATULATIONS, SANDY ORENBERG GOLD

Gold Foundation, Sandra will be the recipient of the Academy of Women's Health Award for Outstanding Advocacy for Humanism in Medicine. The award reception was held Friday, March 22nd at Women's Health 2013: The 21st Annual Congress in Washington, D.C.

A SAD NOTE FROM RAY CRUITT

Sorry to inform you that Dick McCann, Jane Kramer's senior year beau and prom date, died in March of Lewy Body Dementia, a cruel combination of dementia and Parkinsons in which control of body and mind is lost. Dick was introduced to Jane and IHS by his lifelong friend, Ray Cruitt, with whom he grew up together on the streets of Newark and, ironically, with whom he grew old togther in the mountains of western North Carolina when Dick and his wife moved to Asheville around 2005.
