Carole R. Karger Olitsky Mother of three, Monroe Township resident Carole R. Karger Olitsky, 79, died on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 1, at 11:45 a.m., at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, Cranbury Rd. at Evergreen Blvd., East Brunswick, N.J., followed by interment at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, N.J. For directions, please visit msmc.us. Born in Irvington, N.J., Carole resided in Union, N.J., before moving to Monroe Township 16 years ago. Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Sheldon Olitsky; her children, Lori Strauss and her husband, Victor, of Dresher, Pa., David Olitsky and his wife, Wendi, of Freehold, N.J., and Amy Eisengart and her husband, Charles, of Highland Park, N.J.; a brother, Morton Karger and his wife, Arlene, of Morris Plains, N.J.; and 10 grandchildren.
