On Tuesday morning Dec, 14, 2010, I lost my sister Adrean Hollis .  She went to Jax Beach Elem. for about five years as a child but graduated from  Wolfson High School class of 74.  I am asking that you all keep my family in your prayers. Last year my sister Patricia Long and now Adrean but through it all God is truely good. I will be posting a picture of her on the forum soon.

Emma, so sorry to hear about the loss of your sisters.  My thoughts are with you and your famiy. May God keep you and your family as you go through this difficult time.

Hi Classmates wishing you all a Merry Xmas and  a Blessed and Happy New Year from the bottom of my heart.  I haven't been on here a lot but you are all in my thoughts.  It' really hectic raising a 14 year old particularly at my age ( smile).  She is full of energy and I'm trying to find some(smile).  She says I'm Old School but looking back, I think our parents did a good job of keeping us on track, so Old School it is(smile)

I really have to say that the lord has really blessed me this year and no matter what the trials and tribulations I have had to deal with this year, he has really been there for me.  My wish is for us all to get together again because I really miss everyone.  We have to do this reunion again this year because we want to keep the magic going!

I love this song.  I bought the CD  just for this one song and my daughter says she is going to hide it because she's tired of hearing it. (smile). We were in the car going to Tampa to be with family for the holidays and I kept playing this song back to back. I told her back in the day when you liked a song you really listened because you wanted to learn the words but guys  have to admit it's not so easy now to memorize what used to be effortlessly.  She really had a good laugh as I was trying to sing the lines to the song! This song reminds me so much of the good old days when the music sent a message minus all the profanity and negative messages. In other words an old fashioned love song with a modern kick!  You Go Charlie Wilson! It was so touching to hear you tell your story of rebounding from what was a really rough time in your life. If it inspires just one young person then you have made a difference.  Thanks for sharing your story and may it help others that are going through what you exprerienced know that you can get back up when you have had a fall. Also, God send people into our lives when we need them and that person was your wife what an angel.   GOD IS GOOD!  WISHING YOU MUCH MORE LOVE, HAPPINESS AND SUCCESS AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU!

This song is dedicated to many of the couples of our classes whose love has  weathered the test of time as we saw at the reunion are many and to the winners on reunion night of who has been together the longest   Freddie Kennedy and Roxanne Penn  who only edged out Homer Dillard and Gloria Johnson by a matter of days!  Wishing you guys many more years!

I would like to say hello to Everyone as we celebrate and thank God for allowing us to enter into a new year.  We're ten months away, but now is when we plan and plan and plan some more to make the 2011 reunion better than before.  We are excited to get started and hope that you will be as excited as we are to meet again. Once again Barbara will be our chairman and Sylvia and myself will be co-chairs. There will also be two additional members added to the current group of three, totaling five board members.  the two additional board members will be named soon. The dates are October 14th, 15th and 16th.  The format will be the same as before with Friday meet and greet,  bowling and Fletcher football game (if there is one that Friday). There will  not be a Rhoda Martin tour Saturday morning.   However, we are hoping and planning for a Rhoda martin exhibit and booth at the Pic Nic to encourage membership and participation in the Rhoda Martin program.   The Pic Nic and  Night social are on Saturday and church on Sunday.  If anyone has any ideas, suggestions or contributions they would like to make, please post it on the site or contact one of the committee members.     If anyone would like to recommend a church for sunday services or know of a perfect location to have the event please contact one of the board members or post it on the message board.  Now Is the time to up-date those home pages (I have'nt done mine yet) and start making early plans.  Now is also the time to start renewing those  old relationships and finding lost classmates.

We are also looking for a theme for this years event.  Let us hear your ideas and suggestions.

Let me be the first to say "I'm gonna be there."  Are you?
