I miss our Bond! Yes @Zig we are Strong and I will keep you and your family in prayer. "One Day At A Time"!

To all my true friends I am sorry for your lost, however, always remember that God Knows Best!

With that being said; are there any plans this year October to " Let's Do It Again 2012".

We can do this and make it affordable for all. I am ready, is anyone else?

I Love You All and remember if there's anything I can do to assist you I am more than willing to do so.

Yes times are hard, but we have been there done that!

I am in constant prayer and as I always remind myself and children, grand kids, great neices and nephews to Never Ever forget where you come from and the ones who helped you along the way.

Well another year for my husband and I. Today is our Fourth Anniversary, together 10 years total. We are in Myrtle Beach enjoying each other and the sun for a few days. My husband is getting stronger each day. God is still in the healing business.

Wait in AC waiting room while your automobile is being taken care of. So classmates in Jacksonville or visiting the area and you need detailing please give my nephew a chance. I wanted to post something about the benefits of eating better, exercise and losing weight, but I don't want anybody mad at me so i'm not gonna do it. As for me, I have love ones I wanna see as long as I can. I have a grand daughter that I cherish every minute I spend with her. I wanna do everything I can to see her grow. To make that happen there are certain things I MUST do. I watch what I eat. I don't eat as well as I should, but I limit the fat, red meat and salt. I try to get as many fruits, vegetales and nuts as possible and alcohol in moderation. Exercise is a must. Walking is great to burn the calories, but I find something that elevates the heart rate( I recommend a doctors physical before you start any exercise program). Make annual doctors visits. Early detection for men and women has proven to be a life saver. If you are taking medications, take them regularly as prescribed. Problems always occur in life, but try to limit the stress associated with it. Stress in itself is a killer. Sleep is important. The body works hard and it needs rest. Last on my list, but the most important on my list is PRAYER. Life is short. Pray without ceasing. We loose people every day young and old, black, white, rich, it doesn't matter. Without grace and mercy all is lost. Life has no guarantees, but I assure you a better life or at a minimum,improvement in the quality of life. Happy living........
