Kyle Edward Walker, age 66, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016, in Rutledge, Tn. Kyle was born on August 29, 1949 to his parents the late Alfred Walker and Emma Jean Cavins Walker. Kyle was the husband of Jennifer Walker, a mine foreman for Alpha Mining, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and city council member of Jenkins. Kyle also was a believer of the baptist faith and he served his country honorably in the United States Army during Vietnam War. Along with his parents, Kyle was preceded in death by one brother, Danny (Dino) Walker, and one sister, Barb Ratliff. Along with his wife, Kyle is survived by one son, Gabriel Kyle Polly, two daughters, Shelly (Brian) Walker Polly, Kyla Walker Phillips, three brothers, David (Abby) Walker, Joe Walker, Alfred (Tammy) Walker, two sisters, Marlene (Richard) Seymour, Lisa Walker, five grandchildren, Mikaela Phillips, Gabriel Polly, Caleb Phillips, Madison Phillips, Chancellor Polly, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 5p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday at 4p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Monday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral HOme with Danny Hurst and Van Webb officiating.
