Robert M. Ramey, age 64 passed away October 4th, 2016 at his home in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a native of Burdine, Kentucky and the son of the late Charles and Mabel Ramey of Bluff City Tennessee. He was an avid fan of the University of Kentucky Basketball team, fishing, and NASCAR. He attended West Side Christian Church in Jacksonville, FL. He was a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy. Robert served his country as an Aviation Electronics Technician First Class with NAS Cecil Field and NAS Jax. He was survived by his wife Kathy Funk Ramey, his son Ryan Lucas, daughter Dana Lucas and three grandchildren Cearra, Ashlynn, and Caleb. Brothers Donald Ramey (Juanita) of Bluff City, Tennessee, Joe Ramey (Karen) of Athen,Ohio and sister Perfidia Campbell (John) of Kettering,Ohio.
