Rita Kelly (Graff) - Class Of 1969

Mrs. Rita Kay Graff,age 61, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Friday December 7, 2012, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Lexington. She was born on July 7, 1951, at Burdine, Kentucky, spent the earlier part of her life in Burdine, and lived most of her life in Lexington. She was a mother and a homemaker, and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Graff enjoyed traveling and shopping, and spending time at the lake.

She was a daughter of the late Frank Edward Kelly & Hylma Hendrix Kelly, and was also preceded in death by a sister, Carole Wiseman.

Survivors include her husband, David Robert Graff, Lexington, Kentucky; a daughter Christa Hurst, Lexington, Kentucky; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey Lynn (Wendy) Wright, Paris, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Luke, Alex, Bonnie, Kayla, Marissa, Aubrey, Kaylynn, and Kiley; two sisters, Edna Wright, Greensboro, North Carolina, and Judy Howell, of St. Louis, Missouri; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday December 10, 2012, from 6-9 pm at Polly & Craft Funeral Home, Jenkins, Kentucky. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at 11:00 am, at the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Bennie McCall, officiating. Interment will follow at the Kelly Cemetery. Friends and relatives will serve as pallbearers.
