Billy graduated in 1961 and joined the Army. After he was discharged he worked in Cincinnati, Ohio and Altamonte Springs, Florida. He returned to Jenkins and served as Chief of Police for several years before he passed away sometime between 2005 and 2010. I do not know the exact year but someone in Jenkins should know.
