Tommy was from Burdine. He played football on the Cavalier team that beat Knox Central in the Pinnacle Bowl in Middlesboro, Kentucky in 1958. After graduation in 1959 he married Anita Dotson and they lived in Norwalk, Ohio until he passed away in the late 1990's.
