Artie McCoy Walker, 74, wife of Richard “Dicky” Walker, passed away Wed., Aug. 8, 2018. Born in Wheelwright, KY on Nov. 11, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Evelyn Hughes Raleigh. She retired from Florida Medical Center where she worked as a dietitian. In addition to her husband, she leaves behind to cherish her memory, four children, Sheila Dawn Raub of Gastin, SC, Richard Charles Walker of Irmo, SC, Christopher William Walker of Coral Springs, FL, and Travis Clinton Walker of Davie, FL; and three grandchildren, Brianna Walker, Madison Walker and Zak Bowen. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
