Jimmy Moore 80 years of age of Shelby Gap, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the UK Medical Center. He was born on November 29, 1945, to the late Stewart Moore and Katherine Anderson. 

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Gary Anderson. 
He is survived by his wife, ReJeana Mullins Moore; two sons, Anthony “Blue” (Sandy) Moore of Shelby Gap, Richard (Nancy) Moore of Shelby Gap; one daughter, Renee (John) Bartley of Marrowbone; four grandchildren, Mark (Jessica) Moore, Kelly (Tristan Craiger) Moore, Stephanie Bartley, Brady Moore; and one great-grandchild, Atlas River Moore. 
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 7:00PM at the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church with Gary Joe Collins and others officiating. Visitation will begin on Saturday at the Church beginning at 6:00PM with Masonic Services beginning at 6:30PM.
