Shelby Jean Collins, 78 years of age of Millstone, passed away Sunday September 21, 2025, at her residence. She was born July 11, 1947, to the late James F. and Belle Duncan Shelby. 
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, James Shelby. 
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Collins; one daughter, Jenny Lynn Collins of Millstone. 
Memorial services will be held at 3PM Thursday at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel with Jonathan Jessy officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Whitesburg. Visitation will begin after 1PM Thursday at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel. Condolences can be made online at www.hallandjones.com.
