Former McRoberts resident Yvonne Ruth Wright, 72, died July 22, 2009 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.

Born in Neon, she was a daughter of the late Henry W. and Anna Robinson Back, and the widow of Leonard Chester Wright.

She was a sister of the late Delia Lee, Mildred Williams, Lucille Woods and Jack Back.

A retired schoolteacher, she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Pine Mountain Chapter #247 of Jenkins, and had resided in Versailles for the last two years.

Surviving are a daughter, Sherre Ann Wright and husband Mark of Versailles; a son, Tony Wright and wife Suki of Seymour, Ind.; a brother, Fred Back of McRoberts; five grandchildren, Colton Wright, Camryn Wright, Eddie Mullins, Joshua Mullins and Jeremiah Mullins; and three great-grandchildren, Gracie Mullins, Lucas Mullins and Nicholas Mullins.

Funeral services were held July 24. Burial was in Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine.
