Funeral services for Carolyn Kay Mullins, 15, were held May 17, 1966 at the Jenkins First Baptist Church.

She is survived b her parents, John and Jolene Elkins Mullins, a sister, Cathy Fay Mullins, and a brother, Jeffery Mullins, all of Jenkins.

Burial was in the Elkins Cemetery-George's Fork, in Virginia.  Polly-Craft Funeral Home, Jenkins, was in charge.
