Crystal Dawn Addington, age 44, a resident of Burdine, Kentucky passed from this life at her residence on Saturday, August  24, 2019. She was born on March 7, 1975 in Whitesburg, Kentucky.  She loved her animals dearly.

   She was preceded in death by her mother, Arminnie Johnson Addington and a fur baby, “Buddy”.

     Survivors include: the love of her life, Rod Stewart; her father, Carl “King” Addington of Burdine, Kentucky;  one daughter, Carly Arminnie Addington (Logan Gilliam) of Big Stone Gap, Virginia; one sister, Tonya Michelle Bentley of Payne Gap, Kentucky; one expectant granddaughter, Kyla Ann Gilliam; two nieces: Alexandria Danielle Addington of Lexington, Kentucky and Keiley Shayelle Bentley of Payne Gap, Kentucky; several fur babies;  along with a host of other family and many friends.

    Visitation for Ms. Addington will be held at the New Freedom Worship Center at Dunham, Kentucky on Monday, August 26, 2019 with public visitation beginning at 6:00 PM.  Visitation will continue at the church throughout the day on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.

    Funeral services will be conducted from the church on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Danny Quillen and Pastor Arnold Stewart officiating.

   Interment will follow in the Addington Cemetery of Wise, County, Virginia.
