Quana Clark - Class Of 1998

Quana Lashane Clark, 40, of Louisville KY, died August 1st, 2020, at Jewish Hospital. Quana was born March 19th, 1980 in Cleveland, Ohio to Timothy Phillips Sr. and Felicia Clark. 

She was adopted by her late deceased grandmother, Juanita Selmon Clark that resided in McRoberts Ky. She attended McRoberts Elementary and later attended Jenkins High School in Jenkins, Ky, where she loved running track and playing basketball. She loved cooking white gravy and telling jokes. Quana attended Empire Beauty School to pursue her passion for doing hair and giving people the confidence to be their best selves. 

She had energy and a hug that with even just one encounter with her, you would remember her for life. If you knew her well or barely at all, she always left you thinking. Whether it was about how absolutely beautiful, ridiculously funny or just down right inappropriate she was; she left her mark. 

Quana is proceeded in death by her mother, Felicia Clark; father, Tim Phillips Sr.; grandmothers, Juanita Selmo-Clark and Wynonia Phillips; sister Chazia Merriweather; uncle Roderick Clark and her aunt Doris Clark. 

Survivors include her brothers, Tim Merriweather and Tim Phillips Jr.; stepmother, Christine Phillips; aunt, Vanessa Gentry, Milgean Davidson; uncles, Stanley Clark, and Jerome Phillips; grandfather, Luscious Thompson; cousins Demetrius, Damar, Roderica, Dewayne, Taneill, Tiffany, Jermarious, Delaina, Destiny, Dalisia, Damar Jr; host of other extended cousins, family and many good friends and her companion that loved her dearly, Royce Thompson.
