Melissa Milam, 48 years of age, of Jenkins, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born on March 15, 1976, at Whitesburg ARH to Brenda Mullins of Jenkins and the late Bobby Milam.
Other than her mother she is survived by her step-father; John Mullins of Jenkins, one daughter; Kaylyn Fleming of Jenkins, one son; Braydyn Fleming of Jenkins, two brothers; Jack Nicholas of Canada, Bobby Leo Milam Jr of Jenkins, two sisters; Sherrie (Robbie) Fuller of Ashland, Heather (Larry) Slone of Neon, one very special grandson; Daxton Koe Fleming of Jenkins, along with a host of family and friends. Melissa was a mother, daughter, sister, nana, nurse and a friend to many.
Funeral services will be at 7:00PM on Thursday at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel with Wade Estep officiating. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 6:00PM at the Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hallandjones.com
