Kenneth ‘’Jabber” Blair, 79 years of age of Jenkins passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born July 21, 1945 to the late Gladys Watkins Blair and Gordon Blair of Jenkins. 
He was preceded in death by his wife; Pamela Webb Blair. 
He is survived by his son; Tom Edward Blair, granddaughter; Makayla Blair, his sister; Tommie Jean Blair Branham of Caney, two nephews; Rodney (Sharon) Branham, Rick (Karen) Branham, both of Caney, and one great nephew; Tyler (Hope) Branham of Pikeville. 
Funeral services will be at 12:30PM Saturday at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel. Burial will follow in the Cumbo Cemetery at West Van Lear, KY. Visitation will begin after 11:00AM Saturday at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel.
