We tend not to take advantage of our "purchasing power".   We should.   Services can be discounted for work in HOA's when several clients are accepting bids as a block.  This is accomplished all the time in other associations and could be done here.  You may want to explore the savings.   Should there be any interest in this please post.    If one or two companies which are reputable are performing the same sevice the same day, the cost can come down to the individual owner.   Some examples of services which could be part of a routine schedule are;
