I frequently offer consulting services to HOA's Realtors, Developers, etc. Have consulted with condominium and single family neighborhoods. I am participating here only as an interested resident. 03/03/09 06:46 PM #3     Scott/Patty Miegel I would not be opposed at all to a deadline for beautifying the front entrance. This project has been discussed for years, proposals made, and nothing is ever accomplished. I have always been disappointed in the entrance to our development and have never understood what the hold up is in getting it done. Let's get this going. I applaud Timm for taking the time to set up this forum so that we, the owners, may finally come together and improve our area. -Patricia Miegel
