Left Sembach shortly after graduation and completed a BA degree from Louisiana Tech Univ. where I was also commissioned. Attended pilot training at Lorado AFB but volunteered for A.F helicopters and a tour in Vietnam with combat rescue. After returning to CONUS and a stateside in Louisiana went back and finished the official pilot training schedule at Randolf AFB. Then went on to fly the C-141 transport out of McGuire AFB, NJ for a couple of years (saw a lot of the world). Got to return to Germany for a 5 year tour at Ramstein as a rescue coordinator and Chief of Space Flight Recovery. Retired from the A.F. in 1976 and worked in the information Science area and getting an MBA from Gannon Univ. Completely retired in 2006 and have enjoyed life and traveling since then
