Creighton's last name was spelled Hart. I vaguely recall hearing he had cancer. he will be remembered for his willingness to take hormonal teens on camping/canoeing trips. anyone else remember "Creighty" his son? Truth or Dare? Burgers in foil? Beth McGilley
Yes, I remember it well. The canoe trips down the Currant river. The foil dinners on the river. What a wonderful memory. Creighton was a wonderful teacher and was always smiling. My sister use to baby sit his kids.
Creighton was a cool teacher. And I remember one of those trips! The float trip was a little tricky when one of the canoes overturned and had one of the adults pinned against a rock in the current.

Creighton had the coolest hair, glasses and name! He recycled before it was the "in" thing to do. He often let us borrow his car.
He always taught original, interesting classes that text books could not compete with.
I will forever remember his smile and curly hair.
