I had a wonderful time although it took me a little while to remember a few names I did know all the faces. I wanted to sat thanks to everyone (especially the behind the scenes people) for making Sat. such a great experience!! I have pics from that night but haven't yet got them posted I will do so as soon as possible. I look forward to seeing everyone else's too!! Please you guys, let's not wait even five more years to get together again!! Earl, your idea for coffee sounds great! I'll keep checking for updates to see when everyone may want to set a date!!! Again it was great to see everyone again, and we really missed all of you who couldn't make it!! God bless and talk to you soon!!

I'm glad to hear you guys had a great time. I actually went to a 20 year reunion in Sulphur, OK in May (I was invited even though I didn't graduate there) and we all have stayed in touch over myspace. I wish everyone from LHS class of '88 would create a myspace account if you don't already have one. It's just fun to be able to send messages, comments, and look at everyone's pictures and see what's going on in their lives. Well all, not much is going on here. busy busy busy. bout ready to go to the field with the military next month for two weeks. after that, I will have a lil down time before i come home for christmas vacation. Cannot wait. As it looks now.... I will be coming home on or around the 12 th of December and staying till like the 20th. So i will have a chance to see quite a few of my old classmates. Oh before I go... I still have not forgot the video... Trying to add a few more things to it, like the soldiers i work with along with my co workers and my family up here. I wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers over the past weeks.My mother aggrangements are: Memorial services at 2:00 pm Wednesday November 5,2008 at Noble Church of God. There will be no viewing at the funeral home as my mother wished to be crematied. Thanks go to Kim Steele for the food she brought to my parents home yesterday. We greatly appreciated the thought!! Hope everyone tells their mother how special she is everyday! you never know how quickly they can be gone!! Love to you all!! Christina

11/05/08 08:48 AM #74     Jake Langston Hey all! I've had about five people contact me about getting the music put on a CD. The music is just under 800MB in size so it should all fit on one disc. All the songs are in MP3 format. I'll make about 10 copies and leave them at Humbucker Music in Ft. Oglethorpe for people to pick up. I'll have them ready in a couple days. Humbucker Music is located in the Office Depot shopping center across the road from Shoney's and Golden Coral. If I'm not there, just tell the guys you're from LaFayette Class of 88. If some of you who are interested aren't local, I'll be happy to mail a copy to you. Just send me your address. Oh, and I still haven't heard anything from Earl. I'm assuming he's still coming around Christmas. Maybe he'll give us an update on this forum soon. - Jason Langston

11/05/08 11:09 AM #77     Jake Langston I'll donate the CD's for the cause. :) Nope. My guy lost. It's bittersweet for me anyway. I'm really glad a black man is finally president. It's another fine step to help all races get past their racism issues. I just don't agree at with his far left views. As well, I'm hoping we don't end up with a filibuster proof Senate right now.

Next, Jason, I live here in Lafayette, but visit foryt o' I am going to stop in and see if there are any left! If not please send me one, Annette Railey 1145 E. Hwy 136!Thanks so much!!!! It was great to see everyone and I can't wait for all of us to get back together again!!! The pics I took I downloaded into my computer, but I am still learning it, so, If anyone can instruct me as how to get them from my pics folders to the website, I would be forever grateful!!! She works at UTC and has a few connections. As far as anything else, If you guys could help out that would be great. My flight arrives in Nashville on the 13th at like 6 p.m. and I will be in town till the 20th and have to go back to Tacoma for the militaries prep to go to the dessert for 2 month training in the Mojave Dessert starting in late jan to mid march. But I will have a rental car and I will give one of you guys a call once I land in Nashville to let you Know I made it safely. I am coming with one of my oldest brothers whom stays up here with me. Don't know if you all remember him. His name is Steven. We could also meet at a restaurant or something to have a lil get together. It really doesn't matter with me, as long as I see some of my old classmates. April I missed seeing you as well. Jason, did you get to see my video I made? To all of you whom wants to see my video, go to my myspace page and check it out. Had a few technical difficulties and that is why I could not get it to you guys in time for the reunion. I will see if I can make copies and bring some when I come to Ga on the 13th. Or if push comes to shove I will just load it on my thumb drive and take it to walmart or somewhere to see if I can get it done. Well, gots to go and hope to hear back to see what you Dona and Annette think of the idea I posed. And please, if you guys have good ideas, let me know. This couldn't have come at a better time. Hmmmm I also want say Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and your families and God Bless you all. Chritina.. my prayers all always with you my friend and if you ever need anything or want to talk.. just hit me up on da cell. As we talked before, Now that we are in touch.. we will always be. With that said, to all of you with the class of 88, just hit me up anytime. my number is 253-228-1828. would love to hear from all of you. In closing, with the Holidays here, it is so cliche' ish, but enjoy this time we have with each other and always tell that special one or even friends you love em. It doesn't mean you are obsessed with anyone, just showing some love their way. You know I look back at where we all come from and the directions we have gone and it is so amazing. And we are just like we were 20 yrs ago, but with different paths. Finally, to all of the Men and Women Serving our country... much love to my brothers and sisters in arms in what they are doing everyday 24/7 365. without you all... we would not be where we are today. Yes we have people pro war and all, but it is our men and women, Mom's, Fathers, Husbands, wives, someone's loved one putting their lives on the line. So Support our troops. They didn't ask to be sent to hostile territory. They are just following orders as we do with our normal jobs at work.

Never been to the dome so I am excited. if anyone wants to hook up between the 13th and 19th i am game.
