Walter:
No offense brother, but when I see the pictures of you and your co-workers, I think of that scene from SNL where William Shatner was at a Stat Trek convention, and asks Jon Lovitz' character (who was wearing Spock ears) if he's ever kissed a girl!! WOW.....

Okay, maybe this too:

But I did love the comment back to Jim Larsen (you too Lee)!

Molly, you could have let it go without a response...you just didn't try hard enough. ;-)

Kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya
Kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya
Kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya
O Lord, kumbaya

You're right Brendhan. I'll blame it on the pregnancy...damn hormones.

Question for anyone who's tuned in...do you remember when some of the guys were eating bugs (cicadas?) at lunch one day when we were seniors? Who was that? Was that Seekford? Reminds me of that show with Bear Grills (the British guy who drinks his own pee, etc. to demonstrate how to survive in the wild). That show is hilarious.

Janie Hott (Kintz)

The Discovery Channel rocks. My girls and I will watch that show all the time. Did you see him eat the eyes of a lamb after he boiled it in a hot geyser?

Speaking of Cicadas. Remember a few years ago, I think maybe 3 years, but we had the Cicadas in our area? Wasn't that incredible? What is it, they come every 20 years? I actually remember when they came when I was a child. As an adult, I sat on my porch and listened to the sound. You couldn't pay for more pleasant "white noise" than that!

Unfortunately I think it was me eating the bugs....go figure. Tom Tyler and I used to eat worms before every football game our junior year. The game we forgot....loss.

Now our senior football season. Yikes.

I hope I can find a pair of these before the reunion...

Molly - If I wanted the website to resemble Sesame Street I would have to delete several of the profiles and quite a bit of the message board. :)

Wendy Cubbison (Huybrechts)

Hey everyone! I normally produce a Memory Book / Class Directory for the reunions I organize. However, there has been so much activity on this website and so many details on the profiles, I think it would be redundant to produce one. Would you all be interested in a printed Class Directory (cost approx $5) with the name, address, phone, email, and personal web address (if any) of the classmates who wish to be included? Either message me through this website or send an email to wendy@bluecrabreunions.com with your thoughts on this. Thanks!

Molly Hardison (Rutherford)

True Wendy, sorry, I was just being a smartass. I think the directory is a great idea.

Lee -- I was hoping the bug eater was someone I hadn't hooked up with...

I know I am inviting some comments here. Have at it. I am at peace with my history of substance abuse and uninhibited sexual behavior.

Janie Hott (Kintz)

Excellent for you Molly girl... As we all should be at peace with whatever, however and WHOMEVER we did in highschool. Nothing like being REAL...

Chris, those Star Wars parodies are some of my favorites. I especially like the part where Triumph the Insult Comic Dog asks the nerd in the Darth Vader costume which of the buttons on his front panel calls his mom to come pick him up.

Molly, I applaud your openness. In that same spirit - but considerably less revealing - I totally had a crush on you in 5th grade. I remember giving you a Valentine's card and then being embarrassed and lying and telling you I gave them to all the girls like it was no big thing - haha :). I'm not sure if you remember but Mrs. Armstrong inexplicably used to let you, me, Tom Statnick, Angela, and maybe Katie and Marisa sit by ourselves in another classroom for what seemed like hours at a time while we supposedly practiced for the spelling bee. It's a little hazy, but I remember we just threw the dodgeball around and goofed off until we got too loud and she came in busted us. I also used to mess up my hair and act silly during class to make Angela laugh, until the time Mrs. Armstrong sent me out of the class to get my act together. Ah, to be a young and stupid again... Now I'm just old and stupid.

Brendhan Pelot (Pelot)

Wait a sec, I just want to get this straight, uninhibited sexual behavior will be frowned upon at the reunion?!? I don't have a history of sexually uninhibited behavior so I was rather looking forward to a future filled with it....damnit. >:->

Brian-- I still have the Valentine! Just kidding, but I would have saved it, had I known that you would eventually grow the best mullet in Loudoun County!!

Walt, yours was okay, but Brian wins without a doubt. Best girl hair--definitely Cassie Parks. My God, her wings were beautiful. I attempted wings...but ended up with funnels.

Hello all, didn't realize how much action this message forum was getting . This is great, nice job Wendy.

Just finished reading all the comments. Love it!!!!!

Hooked up? That's just first base.....(insert cyber-smiley)

Too much fun.

You are too funny Janie.

OMG, I'm so glad I'm having little boys. Chris can have the "sex talk" with them. Actually, I'll probably just start giving them condoms around age 12. It's cool to get pregnant as a teenager in Kentucky. Most of my patients who are my age are already grandparents (I so wish I was kidding).

I'd also note that the Nerds in my office are actually alpha nerds.

I went ahead and deleted my comment from earlier. I know I have been quoted, and my comment might not have been appropriate, I apologize if I offended anyone.

Did the same, heh.

Quite obviously, I took no offense, Janie.

Brendan, I sold the bus years ago, when I felt it was time to grow up. Mistake. I want another one. I'm always looking at www.thesamba.com for what's for sale in my area.

Ok, Teddy, it's safe to come back now...really. :-)
