Hi everyone. I just found out about this website this week. It sounds like I missed out a lot during highschool. Now I'm regretting not going to school more. I actually got out our senior yearbook and looked up everyone then and now. That was fun! My son will be a freshman at LCHS in the fall, and after reading everyone's "memoirs" I am now officially worried. I guess I'll have to relive my highschool years vicariously through him.

I vote for a change of venue to Jim's place in Hawaii.

OK, I heard certain rumors that have since been proven untrue...such as someone got a sex change...and she didn't. Anyone else hear any ridiculous rumors about our classmates?

Can you believe we had a smoking court at our school? Can't even smoke in restaurants anymore...and I live in Kentucky!!

Walter Yarbrough

Well, this isn't a rumor:

Kenny Lester's wife killed him

Walter, I love the CHiPs sunglasses...they go great with the stache... :-)

License and Registration, please.

Holy crap, Walter :) Is that picture really you, or did you pull it off the "Reno 911" website? That's a little scarier than the one of Brendhan with devil horns.

Angela Reynolds

Seriously Walt! I swear I thought that was Lt. Dangle in the photo. PLEASE tell me you are not wearing shorts like his!

05/12/08 03:13 PM #192

Brady Chapman

Cue the 70s porn music. Which you might still have I guess.

05/12/08 03:16 PM #193

Walter Yarbrough

OMG, that is a GREAT IDEA . . .

I'm totally getting that.

There's 5 bucks in it for you if you show up with that for the reunion. It's Joe's money, but Im sure he's okay with it.

05/12/08 03:59 PM #195

Brendhan Pelot (Pelot)

Since it's Joe's money were throwing in, count me in for $20 of Joe's money. I'm generous with other people's money, that's just how I roll.

05/12/08 04:03 PM #196

Brady Chapman

See, that's why I miss our class. We were all so generous.

Anyone else want to donate Joes money to Walter for dressing up like Reno 911 for the reunion?

05/12/08 04:27 PM #197

Walter Yarbrough

Hey, it's Mustache May here, not Mustache August . . .

Fun Place to work

Yes, that really is me

05/12/08 09:18 PM #198

Tony Antenucci

Well Walt, your friend is right about two things. First that mustache is kick ass. Second, Super Troopers IS the best movie out there. Meow if we can just convince you to wear that Reno 911 outfit, we could get record crowds at the reunion

05/13/08 08:16 AM #199

Molly Hardison (Rutherford)

I'll donate $5 of my own money...oh wait, I won't be there. Take pictures please!

I still think we should do an 80s theme for the reunion. If I was going, I think I'd try the preppy look...no maybe the Madonna look...or heavy metal chick (nah, I can't do big hair).

How would y'all dress?

Forgot to tell everyone I got to spend some time with the 2 sets of Heider twins a couple weeks ago. They haven't changed. People were dancing on tables and cracking hunt whips at 7:30pm. I had to leave, b/c it sucks being the sober one in that scene. (Reminder: I'm pregnant...not in recovery...although some would argue I should be in recovery)

05/13/08 09:18 AM #201

Brendhan Pelot (Pelot)

Well I could do the Heavy Metal look part....but it would have to be Rob Halford from Judas Priest....minus the homosexuality...not that there is anything wrong with that.... :-)

Oh and this middle schoolers exploits put my HS exploits to shame...

05/13/08 09:49 AM #203

Brady Chapman

That's right, I will physically BUY the beer. Im just going to use your money to do it.

http://www.money.co.uk/article/1000390-13-year-old-steals-dads-credit-card-to-buy-hookers.htm - "They explained they had just made a big score at a "World of Warcraft" tournament and wanted to get some relaxation"

That's a lame excuse, the World of Warcraft Tournaments haven't even started paying out yet.

Earlier this morning on the radio I heard the story of the 13-year old running up $30,000 on dad's credit card on a hotel room, Dr. Pepper, Fritos, Oreos, video games, and prostitutes. So I thought I'd post it here when I got a chance, but I should have known that Brendhan and/or Walter would have already beaten me to it. I love the last line of the article: "Ralph's ambition is to one day become a politician."

It's hard for me to argue with their choices, although I think I would have gone for diet Dr. Pepper...

Have any of you all ever play Inselkampf? Also known as IK. Inselkampf is a browser based game where you build up your island, research weapons, and send your fleets of ships to raid and pillage other isles!

I played it for a while and became extremely addicted. I was an ORC... it was totally intense. Great fun and wonderful game!

05/13/08 03:40 PM #208

Molly Hardison (Rutherford)

I would try it, but I know I would get addicted. I had to give up Techsideline (a message board about VT football), b/c I was neglecting my patients. Better not try a computer game.
