I was stunned to learn that Charles had passed away, and deeply saddened. I had seen him at the reunion in 1985, and he had been the same funny, sweet guy I had enjoyed being around so much in high school. I regret that all these years passed and I was never able to see him again. He will always be one of the people that I'll recall most fondly from OCHS.
I THINK OF CHARLES AND REMEMBER ALL THE GREAT TIMES WE HAD TOGATHER. IF IT WAS GOING TO THE "BIG U-BABY HOP" IN EATONTON, TO CAMPING TRIPS WITH "FOOTS" ON LONG CREEK. WE'LL NEVER FORGET. JIM WILLIS
Charles was my friend. He was my date for the Prom when we were Juniors. What fun we had!!!!! He & I also sponsered each other when we were Seniors. He was a hard worker & quite "witty". I had heard nothing of "his passing" until all the reunion updates & it made me so sad to know he would not be present for this celebration.
