Both Richard and I were 2nd stringers on the football team so we would typically get beat up by the first stringers. He nefer complained though. His father, 'Doc Brown' was the unofficial doctor of the team. Doc Borwn always told us to shrug off any headaches we got while playing. This was in the pre-concussion era.
