Hello Everyone,

Just a quick reminder. Please send in your response card to me ASAP.

It's been great how all of you having been staying in touch thru this forum. I was away for a week, and it took me that long to catch up. I was so sorry to hear about Melissa's brother. My thoughts and Prayer are with you Melissa.
Hope to see you all at the reunion.

Anne

I am never going to live this down, am I? Shorter chairs next time, okay? Or I can just sit on the floor to begin with to be safe! You're a mean, mean man, Joe Senecal, picking on poor defenseless me! No excuses - I'm a klutz! Cathy, I'll take you up on the assistance next time!

Brian & Lynn thanks for suggesting the get together, it was nice seeing some of our classmates even though I didn't recognize many of them. Steve and Karen sorry I missed all the excitement. Hope to see you guys next time. Donna, cathy,James, and Damien I had a good time just talking with you. Hopefully next time it will be a little quieter. On my way home saturday night we got stopped by the Henniker and Hopkinton police who were conducting a sobriety check point. We passed with flying colors.

Thanks Bob Howard for posting our group picture on your profile sight. We are quite the cute bunch. How come we didn't have more pictures like that when we were in high
school. Just imagine. The profiles are picking up. Can we get all of them? I am so enjoying getting to know everyone all over again as adults even when they are sitting on the floor. Sorry Karen your right you will never let this down. Had I had a few more drinks I would have been on the floor joining you. Maybe next time.
We love ya.
Take care

Cathy

What a good looking group! Sorry I missed it! Maybe you could take Karen out for Sushi somewhere and sit on the floor Japanese style. Save her the trauma of ending up there in the end!

Donna Keenan (Grady)

Rob..we are too old to sit on the floor. We could get down on the floor..the problem would be getting up!

You guys suck so much!!! Good thing I'm so pleasant and good-natured. But, ultimately, payback is a biotch! You'd better all watch out for that karma boomerang!!

UNH movin day. This is my first year in the last 4 that I didn't have to move my son in. But we did go today to get books and parking passes etc. I love that campus.
Good luck to the kids in this new school year. Better them then me.
I'm sorry I missed out on Saturday. Reading all these posts made me laugh. Sounds like a good time. Hope I can make the next one.

Give 'em hell Karen...Although, Rob the sushi table is very funny. and Karen it's good that you have tough skin or else it could've hurt a lot worse..OUCH...wear pants next time

Okay, okay... have your fun. I can take it. (Like I have a choice.) Cathy: the morning after wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, although I did sleep rather late. Poor Steve had a 7:45am tee time that hot, sunny morning! I felt so bad for him - but he made it through alive! Glenn: fortunately I have plenty of padding to cushion the fall! It's pants for me from now on - or much shorter skirts!

I've been clicking on so many profiles of my classmates and although I've always felt we were a unique group, this website makes me proud to see that so many of you have (still) really got it going on!

Okay Karen...now tell me WHEN does a woman EVER feel sorry for a guy having to get up early to GOLF!!! you gotta be one of kind there!!!!

08/27/09 01:38 PM #512

Karen Dobrowski (Hernandez)

Well, he was probably a little under the weather himself... it was, after all, a late night. It was very hot and VERY sunny. I wouldn't have wanted to be on a golf course!

And yes, I am definitely one of a kind!

Hi Patty!

I was just thinking about you the other day, on your birthday. Happy Birthday! Yes, I still remember because your birthday is two days after my brother's birthday. We had a lot of great times, walking all over the So. Beech Street and Calef Road areas! And we were still in grade school. Hope you can make our next get-together! It would be great to see you!

Hi Carol- I remember swimming in your family pool until we were so exhausted your mom would insist we get out and have some lunch. She was such a gracious hostess!

Carol Erlman (Phillips)

That's too funny because when I posted my message, I was thinking about how great your mom always was when I was at your house!

Dear Friends,
I cannot tell you how much your out-pouring of support has meant. Every day I wake up and my first thought is…Jonny’s gone. I don’t know how that can be. He’s the baby. He was supposed to say the eulogy at MY funeral. We’d actually laughingly discussed this. He’d remind me that he was not only better looking, but oh so much younger. So we were both pretty sure I’d go first. (We’re Irish, dark humor get us through tough times.) But now Jonny’s gone and every day I have to remind myself (and a small piece of my heart breaks off.)

Several of you have asked if there is a charity to which Jon was committed. Our family contributes both time and money to Interfaith Community Services ( http://www.interfaithservices.org/faithcenters.html ) Twice a week, my mother and brother, Jon, help feed the homeless. Please take the time to visit their website. You will find this is one of many good (and necessary) works they do.

My brother lived a small life, but he shared everything he had and he was always willing to help. You cannot imagine how many lives are profoundly changed by Interfaith. Jonny is nothing if not a lesson in how to live. He was a good man and the world is a better place because he was in it. If you would like make a tax deductible contribution in his name, please contribute to:

Interfaith Community Services
In memory of Jon Hall
550 W Washington Ave Suite B
Escondido, CA 92025
Tax ID# 95-3837714
United Way Designator #96412

Again, let me thank you all for your kind words and prayers. I am so looking forward to seeing each of you in October. Jon was all about fun.

Fondly,
Melissa Turner
