Laura, I absolutely remember going to the "Baby Eaters" concert and drinking a bottle of Blue Nun Wine!!
Melissa and Michelle I don't remember Melissa's "magic purse" either but I will take your word for it that it existed as it definitely sounds like the kind of purse Melissa would have owned. For the magic it posessed well I guess we'll never know!
I think we can hack it, Kevin! We both know we can drink with the best of them. Are you going Michelle? Anyone who lives or works in the Goffstown area want to car pool?
Michelle you must live in the Goffstown area if your kids go to Goffstown High. Want to go together? I have always felt funny walking into a bar alone, remnants from my up-bringing I guess as it wouldn't be proper for a woman to enter a bar alone!!! My daughter, Emily goes to Goffstown High too! She is sixteen also but a softmore not a junior.
Kevin want to join us and ride together? Donna where do you live? I know we talked about meeting and going together too! Anyone else?
Sure...fine w/me. I'm actually having my son drive me and I've got room in my car! It will allow me to have a "couple" drinks ;) Kevin lives in Candia, but works in Goffstown...
That would be even better if I don't have to drive! I am kid free this weekend so it's mine to have fun with! Please call me so we can firm things up at 361-5210. I think it sounds like a fun time for sure! Where do you live in Goffstown? I am on Goffstown Back Rd. closer to the Manchester side.
Kevin: I had a feeling the pyro was Rick but wasn't sure...I'm also in the other club, fat as sh** but still have all my hair.
I remember being called into Mr Downton's office after Sr hike day and he wouldn't take my note...He said that they would only verify by parental consent over the phone. I told him to start dialing and my father lied through his teeth for me. I was 18 I didn't know the rule...DANG
Karen & I may meet up earlier to eat as she is having a babysitting issue..not sure yet. Is it Joe that knows the owner? I think they should change their sign to Welcome MMHS Class of 79. Something tells me they will be making a lot of money that night!
I’m back but completely jealous of all who get to see each other this weekend. Please (I beg of you) leave something for the reunion. When I left home, I thought it was so cool visiting the wide world. Now I envy those who stayed put. For an out of towner, it’s almost impossible to imagine that you can contact people you knew in high school and meet for drinks. How does that happen? And where do I sign up?
Side Bar} There is nothing "fat as sh*t" about Glenn Lianos. This is a bald-faced lie. (The intention of which, I cannot even begin to understand. ) Unless his intention is to lull one into a false sense of thin superiority. Glenn is a lean, mean, gorgeous machine (the bastard.) His intent must be to undersell himself early and leave a better impression.
Wow, it's getting hard to keep up with all of these messages! 6:30 was the suggested time for Friday night, but it looks like people will be showing up at all sorts of times. And it also looks like this is taking on a life of its own - I hope the place is big enough! For those of you 'on the fence', or apprehensive, the whole reason Lyn an I suggested this was to have a low key place to meet up with people we haven't seen in years. I think it went great last time we did it, and I hope more people can attend this time. And trust us Melissa, we’ll save plenty of topics for the reunion!
I wish I could make it on Friday but I'll be visiting my Dad this weekend. Maybe I can say I'm going to the football game and go party instead, as long as I can go to Burger King afterwards to get the score from someone..... Oh, sorry. Having a flashback.
Joe Senecal, I was eluding to the chemical years of my younger days when I mentioned loosing brain cells. Lunch time tokin' alone accounts for much of the loss. I remember we used to take the tobacco and filter out of cigarettes and repack them with pot so we could smoke in the courtyard. Explains my mediocre Algebra grades since Algebra was after lunch!
Pam, Pam, Pam. Oh, the memories. Glenn did bring up a favorite: Pam in Wonderland - "My Glaaaaasssssss!!!!!". I hope the smile on my face stays there all day.
I think overall I was pretty well behaved back in the day, I guess I was too busy working at Zayre's Department Store! I guess I made up for it later, since I do PERSONALLY remember the Litchfield Drive-In! HAHA! I tell people about that now and they say "only in NH"! I only went a couple of times, yes you can have sex in a corvette, and the little French couple that ran it were a hoot! My boyfriend at the time saw his mother's car there once...how creepy is that?
Mary!! Too Funny...nothing like a 40 foot wide....well you get the idea...I guess size really DOES matter!
Kevin...yeah I remember your visit in Paris...check out my profile...there are a couple of pics from the Paris trip on there...will have to go back and see if I can find any with you (and your hair) in them!
