Michael Edward Morganstern, age 40, of 1234 Cairns Rd, died unexpectedly Friday, March 10, 2000 at MedCentral Mansfield. Mr. Morganstern was born March 17, 1959 in Sarasota, Florida and has spent most of his life in the Mansfield area. He worked at The Window Place of Mansfield as a window installer. Surviving are his wife, Latricia Spears Morganstern, two step-children, Jamie and Ricky; one step-granddaughter, Cierra; his father and step-mother, Joseph and Colleen Morganstern of Mansfield; two brothers and sister-in-law, Joseph and Karen Morganstern of Lucas, and Philip Morganstern of Mansfield; one sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Scott Sauder of Lucas; two sisters-in-law, Judy Fogle of Columbus and Kathy Zeigler of Mansfield; grandparents, Robert and Jean Trammell of Mansfield; nieces and nephews, Laura, Lisa, Scott, Jerred, Alesha, Heather, Shannon, Ronnie, Brooke and Tiffany; a number of aunts, uncles and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Trammell Morganstern. Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Sunday, March 12, 2000 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be at the Ontario Home on Monday, March 13th at 1:00 pm. Conducted by Father John Jorden of Grace Episcopal Church. Burial will be held in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

mike and i went to lincoln heights,and a bunch of us hung out after school,my brother tim, mike's sister julie,
gary taylor,mark christy sometimes brenda gerhart,we were pretty ornery sometimes!

Mike and I were best friends from 7th grade wrestling, till the day he was taken away. We had some great times, Hunting , Fishing, and getting in trouble together in carpentry class, We lived together on averill ave after high school for 2 years with mark Christy off and on. We had to much fun !!!
I think of Mike every time a Bob Seger song plays.
