Robert Eugene Barger
(August 19, 1944 - June 17, 2014)

U.S. Veteran Robert Eugene Barger, 69, Trafalgar, passed away at 11:50 p.m.
on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation
in Greenwood.

He was born on Saturday, August 19, 1944 in Martinsville, Indiana, to the
late Millard F. Barger and Laura M. (Newman) Barger.

Bob was a retired self-employed painter. He had previously worked at Watson
& Son Paint & Wallpaper in Martinsville, Eli Lilly & Company and Culligan
Water Conditioning Service.

Survivors are his wife, Juanita L. (Ellis) Reed Barger, whom he married on
October 4, 1995; daughters, Jodi Eller of Mooresville, Crystal Coffman and
husband Seth of Greenwood and Kimberly Ford and husband Keith of
Bargersville; sons, Marty Reed and wife Brandi of Franklin and Brent Reed
and wife Shanyn of Franklin; sisters, Pamela Barger of Albion, Wilma Lee of
Paragon and Marcella Jones of Paragon; brother, Neal Anderson of California;
seven grandchildren.

Bob was also preceded in death by siblings, Millard Barger, Jr., Ronald Lee
Barger, Michael Lynn Barger and Patricia Andrews.

Graveside services with military honors will be 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June
20, 2014 at Friendship Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from
12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Costin Funeral Chapel.
