The Event Planner is now active.  

The first event has been created - First-Wednesday Breakfast - Meriden.

The Event Planner supports registration, ticket sales, product sales, etc.

If you would like to plan an event for your area, using our website's Event Planner, please contact me, and I will set you up with the event and permissions to manage it.

Platt65.org Free to Classmates and Guests

Thanks to generous donations, our website is free of ads to 2028 and will retain the easy-to-remember domain name, platt65.org.

Just OVER 50% of surviving classmates have joined the site, as of Apr 17, 2016.  There are also a few friends of the class, who are listed at the bottom of the classmates profiles page.  (Contact the site admin, if you would like a guest added.)

Help locate and contact Missing Classmates, so that they can join the site.

Some of the features:

- Contact members with private messages and post messages to the whole class

- Set up private or public chats

- Find classmates near where you live or where you visit with the WHERE ARE THEY NOW look-up or WHERE WE LIVE listing and interactive map on the Home Page. 

- Use the website planner to set up local events in your area.  (Contact the site admin to set up an event.)

Click Live Chat, on the left menu, and you can chat with whoever is on.

For instant messaging, click on the Members Online button to see who is on.

I'll provide more guidelines, after I've tried these features myself.  No one else is on, at the moment.

UNBLOCK E-MAIL FROM OUR SITE AND YOUR CLASSMATES

In order to ensure you receive important messages from our class web site, as well as messages sent directly to you from other Classmates, it's important you whitelist the email address noreply@classcreator.net (that's a .net, not a .com).

What is whitelisting? Whitelisting simply means telling your email program to accept all emails coming from our class web site and our Classmates. The technique for whitelisting varies by email program and host provider, but generally you will see a term like "Whitelist", "Safe List", "Safe Sender's List", or "Do Not Block Sender". This is where you want to be sure you have added the email address noreply@classcreator.net.
