DONATE

We know times are tight, but there are two items that could use your support.  First, we were lucky enough to be "grandfathered" in days before this site had to be paid for, therefore everything up to now has been free.  However, there may be additional features we may have to pay for.  Secondly, and much more important, the Lewis-Palmer High School Class of 1989 will be supporting and thanking our fellow classmates who are serving or have served in the military of this great nation.  At a minimum, the Class will be paying for those classmates' reunion dinner.  If you would like to help, click the Donate button below. Donations can be made by PayPal, or with a regular credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

Lewis-Palmer High School
Class Of 1989

 Dear Class, Friends, and Family-

There are times in life when words seem inadequate, perhaps hollow – but try I will. We are all proud of many things, happy for many reasons, and blessed for a few gifts God has chosen to grant us. I, personally, enjoy all these things because of my girls. My wife is my rock and my cheerleader. She is my soul mate.  My children are truly a gift from God.

But somewhere also on those lists is my classmates… my friends. This reunion weekend was a solid reminder of who we are, where we came from and why we are the people we’ve become. Many of us have known each other long before Kindergarten. We share memories back to the earliest of memories remembered. At times we’ve clung to each other’s mothers as though they were our own. And since then everyone has trekked their own path and a very few haven’t made it to here, but all of us shared the only childhood we’ll ever have – and that is a strong bond.

I personally want to thank everyone who was able to join us this weekend. There were many who could not make it happen, but your hearts were there with us. Thank you also to everyone who has shared a bit of themselves here on this website. The website will remain, so please check in on occasion. I promise to stop blasting everyone with emails unless there is truly something everyone needs to know.

Take care,

Chad

Welcome to the Lewis-Palmer High Class Of 1989 web site.

Yep, few things define Monument in the late 80’s better than Park-N-Ride. Before cell phones, text messages, IMs and RSS feeds, if you wanted to know the where’s and what’s of any particular evening, you parked your butt at Park-N-Ride to get the full rundown of the night’s activities.  You have now entered today's virtual Park-N-Ride.

Tickets are now on sale for the reunion.  June 15th is the deadline to purchase tickets for $60 (alumni) and $30 (spouse/partner/guest).  Tickets purchased after June 15th will increase to $75 (alumni) and $40 (spouse/partner/guest).  You can pay by check or use PayPal.  Please see the 20 Year Reunion page for more information.  We are also selling T-shirts with a design that will be similar to that shown here.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The 20-year reunion is being planned at this time. Save the dates July 31 - August 2, 2009. Plans include a mixer on Friday night, dinner on Saturday night, and a picnic on Sunday. We're also looking at possibly putting together a golf tournament on Saturday.
