College in Ft. Collins, 1994 with a mechanical engineering degree. I was convinced I would end up in the airline industry, thank goodness I didn't. I started in HVAC design and continued from there. I moved to Fruita in 2001. Started my own engineering company in 2003. I have kept myself busy with camping and kids. 20 years in less than 400 words, Mr. Phillips would be proud!

I really enjoyed my time at Lewis Palmer, from basketball and baseball to activities, etc. There really isn't a month that goes by that I don't remember something from that time in my life.

One memory from high school is attending the state basketball tournament game our girls team played in 1989. It just so happens they lost that game, but there would be some future in it for me. I happened to meet one of the opponents from that loss in the state tournament from Fruita Monument High School. I ended up marrying her and have been married for 15 years. She still gets mad when I tell her I didn't remember her from the other team. I had our own girls to watch!!

Nothing big here, just been to Antigua on vacation. Nothing quite as interesting as some of the others I have read. However, we have done projects in the Indian Ocean for the military bases...does that count?

I have been officiating basketball since my freshman year in college. This is my 20th year as a striped shirt.
