Mr. Ceasar Ricci passed away on September 22, 2024 as reported by his Son Paul Ricci via Facebook. Mr. Ricci MVHS Music Director was 92 years old. He proudly served as a Colonel in USAF with both Active and the reserve for 25 years. Interred with Full Military Honors on Oct. 21,2024 at Riverside National Cemetery.

Gwendolyn Roux (1972)
Mr. Ricci was a most wonderfful and very hard working music teacher at Moreno Valley High School. He also managed both the Moreno Valley High School Band and both Concert Choir and Girls Glee. Kenny Webb (1968)
Mr. Ricci so influenced much of my growth and development while at MVHS. He got me chosen for the California State Honor Band, and and helped me learn improvisation on my horn. By 10th grade, I was playing in nightclubs. I have always been so grateful to Mr. Ricci for reaching out to my Dad to discuss how he could help me apply for a music scholarship. As it turned out, my saxophone paid for my college education. What a guy! I will forever be indebted to Mr. Ricci for his kindness, guidance and humanity.
