Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas about our 25th Reunion?

I was thankful to be told about it quite a while in advance. Even though I wasn't able to make it home for the reunion,due to M'm passing earlier in the year. I felt like there was plenty of time to try and plan the trip back. That is a big deal when you're all the way out here in the land of fruits nuts and flakes.

Thanks for responding Beth, as you are the one and only response to the question. I would hope that our class can pick a date Well in advance. There is a funny story related to this site and choosing a date WELL in advance, and it has to do with my wife's class of 1989 in South Carolina. I'll tell this story at the 25th reunion.

We can't just let Beth be the only one to respond. I missed the 20 year...it was my son's b-day and we had plans already when I found out. I agree with Beth about advance notice. I think late June is probably a good time as it's before big summer vacations and you can't get too close to kids getting back to school. My 2 cents. My luck I won't be able to make the 25 year either...lol. 2013 looks to be a bit busy for me.

I like Brian's idea of June too and picking it at least a year in advance is a great idea.

If the reunion is in June, most likely I won't be able to come, as I travel with students every other summer and 2013 will be our next trip. That said however, if it is towards the 20th or so like last time, we might be back by then, if we continue to be able to get out of school on the Friday before Memorial Day.

Just my two cents.

i would be able to help out or assist with DJ if that is on the agenda. not doing much anymore.
