Fred Manning passed away Dec 24, 2008 after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. He was born June 2, 1940 in Dallas, Texas to Carroll Manning and Opal Corzine. In 1942, he relocated to Napa and lived here until two years ago, when he moved with his wife to Arvada, Co.

Fred worked for Shell Oil for 31 years. He retired in 1995.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ingrid Williams Manning; daughter Tamara Kelley (Stephen); son Christopher Manning; grand-children Serin and Reid Kelley; and Kiley, Tanner, Tyler and Caden Manning.
