August 17, 1942 - July 23rd, 2011, Phenix City, Alabama - Jean Gertrude Peter, 68, of Phenix City, Alabama died Saturday morning. Jean was the loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was originally from Napa, California. Jean is survived by her husband of 48 years Carroll Peter, her daughters Wendy Mikesell of Smiths, Alabama and Michele Deinstandt of California, her brother Richard Spencer and three grandchildren, Tiffani, Candice and Brandon.
