Carolyn Jeanette Todd, 74, formerly of Napa, passed away peacefully on October 20th, 2016, in North Highlands, California. Carolyn was born July 7th, 1942, the daughter of the late Willie Todd and Shirley Quaini. Carolyn spent her career as a psychiatric technician serving at Sonoma, Napa and Fairview State Mental Hospitals She spent more than 20 years in the Long Beach area where she enjoyed the outdoors and became associated with the Sierra Club sharing and supporting it's members views on California lands and the environment. Carolyn was of the Baha'i' faith and was also a great lover of dogs. She is remembered by her siblings as extremely intelligent and perceptive, with great academic abilities and an early interest in computers, science and folk music. Carolyn is survived by her sister, Deirdre Focier, her husband Normand and Deirdre's children, Erica Hillyer and Jeff Owen; and two brothers, Robert Borcyckowski and his wifw Denise, and James Quaini. She will be missed too by her beloved white cockapoo, "Misty".

A private committal with her mother. Shirley Quaini will be in Tulocay Cemetery. The family asks that any memorials be made to the Sierra Club, 2101 Webster Street, Suite 1300, Oakland Ca. 94612.
