Richard L. "Dick" Wood passed away on Dec. 15, 2006, in Roseville. He was born May 20, 1942, in Napa. Richard is survived by his daughter, Tracy Lynn, and his son, Richard Kevin. He attended Napa High School and Pacific Coast Banking School. He was a longtime resident of Oroville, where he managed Lloyd's Bank.

Richard was a resident of Roseville for the past 30 years, where he continued his banking career through the early '90s with Western Farm Credit Association. In 2004, he retired from Western Banking Consultants, a successful consulting firm. He was an active member of Citrus Heights Lions Club. Richard will be remembered as a loved and adored father, loyal and admired friend, respected businessman and community member.
