I'm sorry to see Les is gone. I haven't seen him since we graduated but he was a good guy and I liked him.

I believe I had a couple of classs with Les. He was a nice kid, and was always friendly, and kind, as I recall.. I can't remember if I ever saw him at any of the reunions, as those reunions seem to fly by in a flash. Apostle Paul spoke of the unsearchable riches of Christ. I hope we all get to share in those riches when we get there one day. Rest in peace Les, and I wish your loved ones Gods comfort.

"Curly" as he was known in 7th/8th ridgeview grades: Les signed ny 7th grade YD accompinied by a drawing of an Indy-500 car of the time "to a real hot driver". Les was a funny guy. He and Leon Thomas resided a few doors or so above May Ling Fong's grocery store. Thomas was character himself, but he and Les togather were character's exponential. Those times, antidotal for sure, but fundamental too to the good person Les was and remained.

I invariably remember the mudddd holes we endured at Ridgeview in about 1955 Geezzz....... And I was ALWAY'S the one to go first, cuz of ALL the crazy dumb things I did trying to get another year older. I just hope a few of you make it past me....Hopefully, I'll make at it least to the class reunion later this year and ATTEMPT to recognize (hopefully by your namatags and photos) all you wonderful folks by year by yer name tags. Thinking back, those were some WONDERFUL years!!!!
