Comments:

Taught Music at Music City two years before and one year after grad.

1965 Joined US Air Force, special training as an Aircraft Electronics Instruments/Radar/Doppler Tech. After training, stationed at McGuire and with TTY'd travel all over the world.

1967 - 1968 Served one year plus in DaNang, Viet Nam with the 20 TASS, "FAC" Forward Air Command. Flew Cessna’s L-19's & O2B's Air Advance Spotters for the ground troops. We were responsible in spotting the enemy and protecting our ground forces being their eyes in the sky.
Purple Heart, Viet Nam Humanitarian Civilian Award and the rest. Also volunteered as Combat Photographer in area recon.

Returning to the States, while obtaining my further college education, joined NCR Corp. and between both AT&T and NCR spent 36 years in Electronics Theory, and teaching both NCR and AT&T computers to technicians around the Country. Last ten years manager over the NCR / Wal-Mart Help Desk in Bentonville. AR.
Retired 2000 returned to New Orleans and started teaching at Remington College in New Orleans, LA... My Master was Electronic Technology, Computer Design and Repair/Programming, and enjoyed teaching General Math..
After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, it destroyed our New Orleans College Campus and most of New Orleans. It took me three years to recover from the damage, and still have some still to touch up in my home... Many people are still without homes. The school never opened in New Orleans Campus, for many of our students could never return to home. Many of my students contact me from all parts of the country were they found themselves dropped off by the transportation that took them away from here after the storm. We all try to help one by one to get back into their homes, well to help many BUILD a new home. Much is needed and the government forgot all of us. Most of the help has come from people like you and me volunteering our time and money.
I have spent whatever free time trying to help the less fortunate rebuild their homes. Although it will take a better man than I to restore our City.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

While in Viet-Nam, work to rescued infants and abandoned children and started an Orphanage.
With the help of other Airman and other military personnel, we managed to save over 250 children before I left country. I pray that they all are safe from harm and grew up to be free.

Back stateside I started a Charity to assist/help children that are afflicted with a terminal issue.
I can not help every child, just one at a time. I always will continue to say;
"if I can reach out and touch, hug and kiss a child in need, then I will be able and try to give my best to a child's comfort and joy."
It's name;
"A Gift of Love." Want to help; Give a hug, a kiss, and a prayer with each dollar you wish to help with.
God has given me a great and Blessed life, He gave me two beautiful children, and three great grand children. A terrific wife and many years of success. I owe the Lord my God much... His Children will be my children.
