Sounds like a So. CA. little mini reunion going to happen again, I know you guys are all going to have a good time. I've never heard of a BAD PIRATE PARTY.  Wish I could be there but that's not going to happen.

I talked to Mike Lampman yesterday, he hasn't been able to get on the PHS site he lost it. He gave me his new email address but when I went to send him the site information it came back. 

Becky Harrison, Mike said he hears from you every so often so maybe you can get the site to him as well.  He may even want to join the mini reunion at the beach.

Things are well in Idaho, not as much snow as I wanted and lots of rain right now.  I'd rather have the snow, didn't even get to snowmobile this year.

PS:  A very special classmate of ours has just endured the unthinkable tragedy and I bet she could use some cards of encouragement.  Joetta Lester's son in law was shot in the back and killed by three punks. I've been talking to her on FB they have a long road ahead of them. Her son in law was a really amazing father and husband.  Please if nothing else keep her in your prayers.

Hi Mike,

I hope that you got the information that I sent you as well as the email from Phyllis, so that we can get you back on the forum.  You always seem to have a way of making things a little more exciting on here.

It was so nice talking to you on the phone, little did I know when I made that "butt call" on my cell phone that I was going to be talking to an old friend from High School all the way in Hawaii. That really was funny, I do however have a new phone now so hopefully I won't be making those kind of calls so much anymore.  :)

I can't wait for you to tell all of us about your wonderful vacation and your new job.

All is well here, I have been working my tail off being the Treasurer for a local canidate running for Kootenai County Sheriff. I never knew it was going to be so much work, record keeping and report filing deadlines with the State, geez I should have been a CPA. 

It still seems like winter here in Idaho, we have had a couple of days in the high 60's which were wonderful. Lots of rain this week, and lots of flooding going on.  The lake level was at flood stage out here on Lake Coeur d' Alene, and just started to come up above our retaining wall. Lots of huge logs floating in the water, hubby and I would go out in his bass fishing boat and tow logs in for firewood it was much easier than going into the forest and having to cut them.  So, now we call ourselves the "Redneck Loggers".  We got two logs that were about 35 ft. long and about 40 inches around.  Good thing we have a tractor to tow them out, but he had to split them up in chunks to even lift with the New Holland.  Sure been keeping us nice and warm.

We retired in February, got a new motor home and can't wait to take a trip.  Only thing is my dad just got home to Idaho after 5 months down south and I can hardly just leave on a trip now.  I'd feel guilty the entire time I was gone and worry about him as well.

So, we are planning to go cross country in the fall after he leaves for down south.

Maybe we will get a couple of short trips in to the sand dunes in Moses Lake to watch the grandkids ride their dirt bikes.

Hope everyone is doing well and that you had a great mini reunion at the beach, wish I could have been there.

Hello everyone! It's been awhile. Been one busy lady. Lynne glad to hear that you will be traveling in your motorhome. Looks like I will have one week off again at Thanksgiving and three weeks off for winter break. Roland is itchy and wants to take the motorhome out. Let me know, maybe we can make a connection someplace, that would be fun. My mom is now all moved in next door to me. What a blessing. The ranch is up for sale. It's the first time in 3 years that I've been able to be at home on the weekends. Hope to make some small trips up to Carmel. We are supposed to go to Yucaipa Regional Park the Week of Memorial Day for some R&R.

Geneva and I, too, will attend.  We just want the details asap.  Seems to me 4 years into the planning process this conversation sould have been settled awhile ago.  But that's just my opinion.   Any chance, since it's gonna be in Sept or Oct to line it up when there's a home football game?  Just a thought.  On that subject I'm keeping an eye out for when Homecoming is and will post here if I find out. Or if anyone else knows.  Right now based on the schedule i found I ASSUME (uh oh) it'll be the last Friday in October.  toodles

The reunion for next year is being planned now.  I hope you got the e mail from this site which is posted on the home page..  Look the Hotel over and let us know if you will be staying there. We can block some rooms for the date, but we need to know how many to block.  They will give us somewhat of a discount on the room and the parking. And we are now working on putting together a delicious buffet dinner. Thus, no price for the actual reunion at this time.

I  talked with Mary Nelson (Booth) today. She is very excited about the upcoming reunion. She said that her (twin) brother, Gary has cancer and is very ill. She would appreciate it if you could all pray for him.

So glad you talked to Mary....she was my locker partner all through high school.......I remember theday she ask if I wanted to share lockers with her because mine was on the bottom row with Joleen Lyons so I said sure....can you imagine being trampled each time trying to get into the locker on the ground...weird what we remember.......now I wonder if they still have lockers.....I long forgot my combination...if they did and were in the same location what fun that would   to open it up....hehehe......I will say a prayer for Gary....too young for this too happen to him....
