We also need to know the birth dates of these people below and a middle name. I have found
3 or 4 on Linda Cook, but I'm not sure which one is her or if any are her. With a birth
date and a middle name it might help us find more info on our class mates that have pass
on.

Obituary:
Gerald (Jerry) Jones, 63, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, November 16, 2103, at home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 22 at 4p.m. at Calvary Crossroads Church, 1051 S.E. ‘M’ St. Grants Pass. A Naval Honor Guard will present the family with his military flag.
Stephens Family Chapel cremation services were provided. A private disbursement of his ashes will be held later by his family near his favorite fishing spot.
Jerry was born September 9, 1950, in Brooklyn, New York. His family moved to Southern California where he grew up attending parochial elementary schools, and graduated from Paramount High School in 1968. He moved to Grants Pass in 1974 after serving in the United States Navy for 3 years. He was stationed in Guam, and was honorably discharged. He became a journeyman carpenter on various construction sites, until hired by the Medford School district as a substitute custodian in 1980. He eventually rose to Head Custodian of Hedrick Middle School, and retired in 2009 after 29 yrs of service.
In the fall of 1979, he met Debra Spencer (Kuebler) and they were married on Christmas Day. The late Pastor Walt Ferris officiated their union in front of their Christmas tree with Ruth and (the late) Jack Gunn as witnesses. Together they raised her son Ethan Spencer, followed by two more sons, Wesley, and Sean Jones. They shared 34 years of raft trips, camping, bicycle rides and uncountable baseball games, which was his favorite sport. He played Men’s Church softball for many years until 2007.
He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor life of the Pacific Northwest as a hunter, but salmon fishing in particular. Their last home on Riverbanks Road was a source of joy for the forest and Rogue River. He was a willing and oft sought-after ‘handy man’ with a quick smile, and was an accomplished woodworker. Together with Deb, they worshipped at Calvary Crossroads where he served as an usher for many years.
He was preceded in death by brothers Vincent, and James. Survivors include his wife Deb, their 3 sons, his sister Maryanne Fortezzo of Colorado, and 6 grandchildren.
