Mike had one of the greatest smiles (and laughs) ever.  His whole face and body lit up.  It was great fun playing softball with him and even better socializing after.  He was joy personified!  Rest peacefully Mike.  See you on the other side.

There is nothing like the commeraderie of a Friday Night football game huddle at Byers Field. Mike was a huge part of that. I will miss him.

Mike was an extraordinary football player.  His athleticism, drive, inspiration and energy allowed Normandy to have its first ever winning season - in a highly competitive league.  Thanks Mike for giving everything you had so that we all could experience the joy of taking on challenges to achieve what no one else had ever done.

I met Mike in 3rd grade at St. Anthony's. We were in the same class until 8th grade. He made me laugh countless of times. He certainly was the "class clown"! His big smile was infectious, as well as his laugh. As an athlete, he was just good at anything he tried. He had a natural ability and I was always glad when he was on my team! Thanks for some great memories! We'll meet again
