REUNION WEEKEND: SURVEY RESPONSES

We'd like to thank everyone who completed the survey - your responses provided direction on all of our 50th Reunion plans. 

We hope you are all ready to confirm your plans with us, especially for our main event on August 5th by purchasing tickets for the Woodside Dinner & Dance. 

WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO PLEASE BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW SO WE CAN BE CONFIDENT TO HIT OUR MINIMUM GUARANTEE OF 175 ATTENDEES! 

Here are the actual results of the survey:

  • Over 15% of the respondents are likely to stay at the Independence Holiday Inn for the event night/weekend.  We will be finalizing the arrangements with the hotel and will send instructions for booking the discounted rooms within the next month or so.

 

  • More than 50% indicated that they may attend the Friday, August 4 Happy Hour at the Holiday Inn.  It is a no-host event and everyone is welcome to come, even if you are not staying at the hotel.

  • Over 60% would like us to have a Normandy walk-through on Saturday morning.  We'll make it happen as long as they complete the construction there by then!

  • 85% said they plan to attend the Saturday, August 5 Woodside Dinner & Dance.  PLEASE BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW SO WE CAN BE CONFIDENT TO HIT OUR MINIMUM GUARANTEE!​​​​​​​

 

  • Most respondents were happy with at least two of the Sunday, August 6 ideas.  That said, the most popular response was a no-host picnic at a nearby park, with over 40% liking that option.
