Most significant events in you life

Married my beautiful wife, Terri, in 1979 and a beautiful daughter, Christy. Christy is one of the top young Phd professors at ASU. (Students love her). Became an MAI and SRA real estate appraiser in the early 70's, ran a successful real estate appraisal office from 1975 to 2011, now enjoy crossbow hunting, cooking,gardening and volunteering at St. Vincent DePaul.

Retired in 2011 after 40 years in the appraisal business (self employed since 1975). Now just doing things I was unable to do working full time (golfing, cooking, volunteer church work, visiting old friends, gardening, helping out my mom, and just bumming around, from college thru 2011, was the classic workaholic.
