VALERIE LEE
Age 42, of Dover, DE, formerly of New Kensington, died Feb. 24, 2004. Born Apr. 8, 1961, she received her BA from Duquesne Univ. in 1983. Valerie was devoted to the personal development and empowerment of women; an accomplished entrepreneur and budding author, she was a speaker at numerous national workshops and training courses designed specifically for women; additionally, she had over 15 years of marketing and management experience in the financial and retail service industries. Valerie was president of The Intrinsic Training and Consulting Group, in Dover, working as a strategist and consultant for national clients. She published a book of essays entitled "Soulutions." Wife of Marion Posey, Jr.; mother of Camille A. Posey; daughter of Ruby J. Hughley of New Kensington and the late Edward Hughley, Sr.; sister of Coleman of Naperville, IL, Edward Hughley Jr. of Penn Hills, Sylvia Lewis and Diane Hughley, both of New Kensington. Funeral service will be Sat. at 1:00 pm in Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 4th Ave., New Kensington. Int. Greenwood Mem. Park, Lower Burrell. ROSS G.
