Laurel Ragland passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014. Laurel, an INROADS alumna and 1987 Duquesne University graduate, was employed as the CFO at UPMC Children’s Hospital. Active in the First Baptist Church of McDonald and honored as one of 50 Women of Excellence, Laurel was a warm, gentle, wonderful person. I would occasionally see her -- which was always delightful. Prior to our Reunion, she spoke to me about her eagerness to attend, but then a major work conference that weekend prevented her from joining us.
Friends were received Tuesday, February 18, 4-8 p.m. in the Thomas Little Funeral Service, 3214 W. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald 724-926-2800. A Funeral Service was held Wednesday, February 19. 11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church, 143 N. McDonald Street, McDonald, Pa.
