Hi everyone -- I know I feel younger than someone who graduated from high school 40 years ago...don't you?

Here's the rundown -- graduated from SDSU in 83, moved to Colorado, got my MBA at CU in 85, have worked ever since. Built a few skills in FinTech, and landed at Disney running global consumer payments.

Married almost 28 years to the love of my life, Barry, who hails from Philadelphia. I got a two-for-one special marrying him because I inherited a 6 year old stepson, now 35. I truly see him as my son.

Closed my eyes and took the plunge into motherhood at age 35 with the birth of our daughter, Kelly, who is 22, just graduated from college, and will start PT school at Creighton University in the Fall of 19. After all the tuition, I think I should have PT for life after she graduates... long haul, she will be getting her doctorate.

No more family in Rapid, unfortunately. My dad died in 1980, and my mom died in 2011. Both are buried at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis.

My brother, Mark, lives in Denver and works for IBM. My sister, Mary, lives in Tampa and works for her church.

I am completely hooked on skiing -- love it, love it, love it. I love to exercise and even with a job that requires a lot of travel in the US and abroad...I love to go exploring and having new experiences...hence a little wanderlust!

They all blend together after awhile...but golf team outings, band trips, and Friday night games could never be matched.

And what about that high school? You know you are a child of the 70s when the new school has grass green carpeting and orange lockers! Who came up with that anyway!!
